As the world’s first and only 100% BEEC – Black Economic Empowerment Comedian, David Kau shot to fame in the early 2000’s gracing the platform at major company events and has performed on the country’s top comedy shows like the Heavyweight Comedy Jams, the King Size Comedy shows around the country, and MC’ing the countrys biggest brand of comedy: Blacks Only comedy shows for four years now. He has also had television exposure in the Pure Monate Show, a comedy sketch on SABC 1 where he is also a writer, and associate producer and more recently as the head judge for the TV show: So You Think You Funny also on SABC 1.
